PEO Advisor respects your privacy and provides you with the ability to opt out of the sharing of your personal information with PEO providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Information submitted through the PEO Assessment, Contact form, or a PEO partner form may be shared with one or more PEO providers so they can evaluate your business and prepare proposals.
You may request that PEO Advisor stop sharing your personal information with PEO providers. Please note that opting out may limit our ability to obtain PEO proposals for you.
How to Submit an Opt-Out Request
To request that we stop sharing your personal information with PEO providers, email us using the address below. Please include “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

We will verify your identity before responding to your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Please note that an opt-out request to GuidePoint does not delete information already provided to a PEO provider. You may need to contact that provider directly regarding information it already holds.
